Been going here for little over a year and been one best choices I've made. Everyone Friendly and knowledgeable. You truly feel like you're part of the RAF Family. no one every judges you for what you can or can't do, you'll only get engagement from everyone staff or fellow member. Best of all the Music doesn't suck! If i forget headphone I'm not worried there's always great music playing
As a metalhead who loves lifting weights, this is the best gym I've ever been to. Friendly, down to earth staff and plenty of equipment in good, working order. No annoying club music or hip-hop here. Will definitely come here again
