I've been a member of quite a few gyms/fitness facilities, but I'm happy I joined this gym in particular. It's always clean and the trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend this spot for anyone who is an exercise aficionado and is tired of chain facilities.
The best way to describe it is AMAZING! I've never been to a place where the owner knows everyone by name, knows exactly what they're individual needs and goals are, and personally helps them to achieve them. All the coaches are extremely knowledgeable. The people are wonderful; supportive and focused and always willing to help! Try a class, then try a few more...You'll love it!
Animal Instinct is such a special gym. I have truly connected with this gym in so many ways. Exercise has always been such an important part of my life and the connection to Animal Instinct, the trainers and Marina is something very special. The workouts are intense, the trainers are awesome and I am having so much fun working out and seeing results. Thank you to Marina and the trainers for making every workout such a blast!
Animal Fitness and Marina are truly a find! Knowledge, expertise and extreme motivation and energy are key when working with a personal trainer and Marina is all of that and more.
