I'm a chef just diagnosed with celiac's disease. I stopped here because people I knew highly recommended it. I wasn't disappointed. The bread and other baked goods are delicious!!! Moist, flavorful and in some cases, better than their normally gluten counterparts... The staff are exceptional... happy, knowledgeable and eager to please. The sliced bread, ginger and chocolate chip pound cakes are to die for!The pricing may appear to be somewhat high, but when compared to the inferior quality grocery purchased items, one quickly realizes that Wild Flours is less expensive and an amazing value... They are my go to bakery for all baked goods gluten free!!!!

We used this vendor for our wedding cake last weekend. I have always loved this business and the product that they make so we thought it would be great. We had a delicious lemon coconut curd cake that was very pretty also. Our guests loved it. I would definitely use this bakery again and or visit for some treats. I have celiac so it is nice to have a place where I can eat everything!!! Danielle & Mike
