I love Carvel so I gave it 5 stars. The employee has messed up order past 2 times I was there. I am telling what I want and he starts filling Ice cream and doesnt listen. Its annoying.
I walked in and I saw a cockroach on the ground and when the cleaning lady saw that I had seen it she stomped on it and left it there disgusting
I think that the owners and employees are great. They are friendly and quick with your order!
Would not recommend it there's rude staff and costly toppings just for toppings now that is just plain bad
