Selmers has been around for a long time and for good reason. They have a large selection of animals including reptiles, fish, exotic birds, and of course puppies. All of which are well looked after and have ample room to run around. Go early, and go often because they don't last long. We bought our now 10 year old dog there, and he got very sick but Selmers stepped up and spent a fortune giving him the best care money could buy. I assume it is pretty rare as all dogs are vet cared for but sometimes they could come in sick and since they are not there long, not yet show signs. Anyway, will likely buy future dogs there when the time comes. For now, just love to visit the adorable puppies. Staff is always helpful and super friendly.
Used to love this store but beware, they buy their puppies from puppy mills and clearly dont care about the horror that takes place at puppy mills. Do your research. Almost ALL pet store puppies come with some kind of sickness or disease.
Nice Pet Store. Supplies and food to every animal. You can buy alot of different animals/pets their too like fresh and salt water fish, cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, and etc. The workers/employees seem to know there stuff too!
For generations Selmers has serviced Huntington for our pets needs.They carry fish, small animals, reptiles, birds, and puppies with quality products for all mentioned.I especially love the koi pond! You can even buy a small amount of pellets for .25 to feed them!Definitely a cool place to visit and shop!
